Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food or paper item to benefit the Community Action Council.

Proceeds from the Art and All That Jazz Festival will be given to support the community through music scholarships.

Art and All That Jazz, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Corporation for tax and legal purposes. The event, its organizers, officers, directors and sponsors assume no liability for damages to personal property or injuries sustained as a result of attending this event. Event is presented rain or shine to the best abilities of the promoter. As with most music festivals, no video cameras or recording devices of any kind are allowed. Your attendance at the event signifies your granting permission for any photographs or video images containing your likeness to be used for promotional purposes. Personal coolers are allowed, however, Burnsville City Ordinance does not allow glass containers of any kind in the park area.
